I read a well written article on the peace symbol this evening and I wanted to share it with the rest of you.
My mom told be about this several years ago, so we've never used anything with the symbol on it. However I know that it has become a regular part of our culture. It is seen on clothing, toys, jewlery, bumper stickers, and many other things. It is something that we need to be aware of. You can read the article here
Satan wants to trip us up in any way he can. We need to pray that God will give those He has chosen and loves, the strength we need to resist the devil. I pray almost everyday that He would open my eyes to new truths and show me if there is anything in my life that I am unaware of, that is sinful.
"Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!" ~ Psalm 139:23-24
